The actual story begins back in June when Greg and I made the big decision to move forward with joining the Army Reserves. He had been preparing for months by getting in shape and losing some weight. On June 4
th, he was official sworn in and signed his contract. And yes, for those wondering, we knew that baby #3 was on the way when the final decision was made.
Graduation was amazing. The photos do not do it justice, I wish I had a video camera to get the full effect. I know some are blurry but the soldiers were moving most of the time. Below is the soldiers marching onto stage and into their seats in the auditorium.

Sargent's - they would later introduce themselves.

Each solider stepped forward and introduced themselves - Rank, Name, and which state they were from...Greg of course was near the end because they do things in alphabetical order.
Sitting at attention...I think Greg is super cute is his dress uniform - but then I am completely bias on that one!

See...cute!
Back at the
barracks.
Waiting for directions...we would get a day pass but it seemed to take forever to get it all organized. But then I had just walked over a mile is dress shoes and standing around was not high on my fun to do list.

Yummy food was eaten here...and way too much of it! My sister in law, Sara was so right about needing these on the west coast. I may actually crave the burgers, fries, and shakes (or sundaes in my case) for the rest of my pregnancy.
